At Arenus Akademie, we are dedicated to strengthening mental health through education. Our mission is to close the “life-learning gaps” that many people experience when it comes to caring for their mental and emotional well-being. We offer practical, evidence-based programmes that support individuals, teams, and organizations in building lasting mental resilience – both personally and professionally.
One of our core offerings is the MindShift course: a structured, empowering self-help programme designed to help people navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, and inner criticism with more clarity and compassion. Participants work through six modules, supported by a 275-page workbook and guided exercises, learning to recognize early warning signs of stress, set healthy boundaries, and shift into a more self-compassionate mindset. The course is available both online and on-site, English and German, and can be taken in a group or individually.
My Role: Facilitating the MindShift Experience
As a course facilitator and trainer for MindShift, I guide participants through this journey, creating a safe space for reflection, peer exchange, and personal growth. Together, we explore how to:
- Identify your individual stress triggers and warning signs
- Strengthen your emotional resilience and inner stability
- Replace your self-criticism with supportive self-talk
- Establish practical strategies for navigating your everyday challenges
MindShift is more than a course: it’s a shared journey toward mental clarity, sustainable self-care, and personal empowerment. The values behind this work align deeply with my coaching mission: to make mental health support accessible, human, and genuinely helpful.
