1:1 coaching.
Academia can be exciting and rewarding—but it’s also demanding. Many scientists, especially doctoral candidates and postdocs, find themselves struggling with various challenges. Do you feel:
- stressed and overwhelmed from long hours and never-ending to-do lists?
- like your results are hardly ever good enough because things should be perfect?
- constantly guilty for either working too much or too little?
- isolated from working on a solo project in a highly competitive environment?
- doubtful if pursuing a career in science is still the right thing for you?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, coaching can help. Together, we’ll:
- gain clarity on your priorities and goals for work, life and everything in between.
- set boundaries that protect your energy and well-being while being productive in science.
- break free from perfectionism, negative self-talk and procrastination to finally get things done.
- build resilience to face academic challenges with confidence.
Imagine feeling balanced, focused, and in control of your career and life. Coaching can help you take the first step toward that future.
